We've passed this on to Staff, when there is information one way or the other it will be posted.
Please remember though, that the Tortle package is being sold to raise money for Charity via Extra life. I'm not sure why everyone here seems to think that you should be getting something for free that other people are paying for to help raise money for charity.
Who said anything about free?

As those above said, it's not a matter of cost. It is content that will be AL legal and because of that, it should be available in some way or form here.

The way I've always understood Extra life rewards is that they have to be purchased via the Extra Life page/event - hence my comments earlier about the cost. It all depends on what is even possible regarding having the content delivered here.
I'm also not seeing anywhere where this package will be AL legal? Was there a tweet or post from the AL Admins on their pages about it?

Nevertheless, it needs to be available here, one way or another.

The Tortle race will be included in season 7 of AL draft for Xanthars and counts as part of that book even tho it's not in it. Perkins/Crawford or Mearls confirmed by twitter and twitch it's AL legal. The package will be sold on DMsguild and I guess DriveTrouRPG just tracks those transactions and just matches them on the extra life page? Unless extra life has some API you can add on the purchases?
No one is complaining about paying, all we are saying maybe Curse can look into getting the Turtle Race not the adventure here and also donate that money to the extra life event?
Edit: I'm trying to find the Twitch confirmation It was one of the Dragon talks or Dragon+ show
I heard it on Dragon Talk Podcast last weeks released episode. The confirmed it was AL approved, it was said that in ToA they will have mention of 1 island in there with a short paragraph on it. The Tortle Package is supposed to expand on that island and explain the migration habits of Tortles and as present a playable race.

No that's incorrect the Extra Life page just tracks the progress. The Tortle package will be up for sale on DMs Guild this Friday. Chris and other WoTC staff members said it would be AL legal previously. I was expecting to pay $10 here for the content and not expecting it to be free. Thanks.

And if you can't get the full 10$ adventure then just sell the race for the standard race cost and donate that to charity if possible

In the AL Players Guide 7.0 (on page 2), it states that "The "Tortle Package" released by Wizards of the COast is considered part of XGE" for the purposes of the player's +1 resource for character development.
