“We really need to stop for the day. We can pay you with some more food. Or perhaps we can get your husband back for you? We just need to stay here for one night.”

Angel says to Moog hoping to entice her with the promise of more food.

Moog shakes her head at the mention of the blood hawks. <Moog eats birds if birds come too close. Birds leave Moog alone now.>

She considers your words and the offer of assistance.

<Yeah! Hruk DOES belong to Moog. You will give Moog food, and help Moog get husband back?>

"If Moog promises to do her best not to step on us, i don't see why we couldn't or wouldn't help!"

Flint has spent this time keeping Boris   (still hitched to the wagon) down wind and out of the giant's sight.

Ink translates.

Then Ink suggests to his peers in common, "Perhaps we should bring the ring inside, but perhaps Boris should stay out," then in a whisper, "Our host looks hungry."

"Also, hill giants aren't the brightest so be ready to repeat ourselves throughout the night."

Ink cautiously enters and looks around the tower in detail for exits, hidden or otherwise, and false doors or other storage spaces that can be used to hide in a pinch.

A stone staircase hugs the inside wall of the tower, spiraling upward in a clockwise direction and forming landings at various points. Situated next to each landing is a 9-foot-tall arrow slit that tapers to a width of 5 inches. Much of the tower floor and the staircase is strewn with rubble — stone from the crumbling walls and wood from the partially collapsed roof.

// The rubble counts as difficult terrain. //

In the rubble underfoot, Ink also finds a cracked floor tile with what appears to be a small compartment underneath it. Not big enough to hide in, but there looks to be an old chest hidden here.

When Angel enters he would also just quickly glance around for any other enterances/exits in case they need to make a quick escape. 

Ink whispers to Rip, "You think you and Angel can keep her entertained and distracted while I grab this chest? It's not giant sized, so I'm thinking it belonged to the previous inhabitants."
