Your search takes you over the hills and dales to the east. You finally spy some catmint stalks, fitting the description that Ink gave you, but they have been picked clean. Just then, you hear some low voices. Peering around a nearby tree, you find that you've caught four fat ogres in the middle of a loud argument. Very near the ogres is another patch of catmints—but in this clearing, sneaking up on the ogres would be virtually impossible.

About three hours into your journey, you encounter a plate-armored woman—another member of the Order of the Gauntlet. She and her squire are riding proud white steeds, and behind each rider is a young child dressed in rags. Seeing you and the dogs, the knight hails you and approaches.
"Hello, mam. How are you? What are the roads like ahead? And, do you need any help?"
Once you're close enough, you can tell that the children are young halflings. "A kind soul, thank you Helm!" Exclaims the knight. "Yes, you sweet lad, we are in need of assistance. Giants have decimated the village of Pogglestick, and my squire and I managed to rescue these two younglings. It was such a sorry sight, hundreds of rocks strewn about the village, every building destroyed. We were about to leave when we heard this little one sneeze. He and his brother were trapped underneath the rubble of a flattened barn, but miraculously neither was hurt. Praise Helm!"
Marav chooses to ignore the Ogres and head back to the group.
