Im creating a new Subclass for a player that mixes between Eldritch knight and Battlemaster, so everything goes great and almost everything works just as intended, except for the Maneuvers, i get the option in player creation to choose them, but first of all, when i choose one, it doesnt disappear in the next choice, and after i choose them all, when i go to the character sheet, its as if i never chose any, it shows that they are all "Not Chosen" or something of that kind.
Well, thats the thing, she is mostly just doing hit thing with sword, right now she is Eldritch Knight/Wizard, and its mostly because her husband is a veteran player and builds her character for her, but she is usually too overwhelmed by the amount of info on her character sheet from having a multiclass, i dont want to tell her to just be a battlemaster, because she does want magic, and giving her an all in one subclass would be preferable for me.
Again, its an Eldritch knight with a limited pool of options and dice for special "Dragon themed" maneuvers. and i gave in special feature to allow her to pick half caster progression with 4th and 5th level spells that she can use once a long rest. i want to remove all the encumbered wizard features from her list, also, she isnt that good at keeping track of both spell lists and usually just stays on the EK list.
She wants to be a caster but doesn't want to cast spells and prefers to hit things with a sword.
Finds spells too difficult to track but wants battle master manoeuvres which are actually more difficult to track and use.

I don't have any idea what the heck she wants or what you're actually trying to make here. Maybe I'm just being stupid, maybe you're confused, maybe it's maybelline, but - this isn't making any sense.
But anywayz, if you just want to know how to do battle master manoeuvres then make a copy of battle master and see how they do it and just do the same thing for your subclass.
Yeah, I have to echo Cyb3r’s suggestion. The simplest solution would be to start with the Battle Master as template and build your subclass off of that. However, if you’re up to your eyebrows in cost sunk and are unwilling to do that, then I might be able to help. I’m guessing that you used Options to make the Maneuvers. If that’s correct then you can find a full walkthrough on how to properly set up those Maneuvers in the Homebrew Subclasses& Species FAQ Question #1.
I’m afraid that I must also echo Cyb3r’s comments regarding how the Battle Master itself can also lead to the same degree of analysis paralysis or perhaps worse than what your player is currently facing as an EK/Wiz. A couple of years ago a friend of mine was playing a straight up, off the rack Battle Master without anything altered or added onto it. Every combat whenever her turn came up she would struggle to declare her turn for a bit, sometimes a relatively long bit, and then ultimately always end up doing the exact same thing. She would move, make her allotted 2-3 attacks with her sword (campaign went up to 14th or 15th level, I forget), and end her turn. I watched it happen round after round for a few years. She used her Superiority Die fewer than 5 times that entire campaign, and the only Maneuver she ever used was Lunging Attack if the enemy was out of her normal 5-foot reach and she had no movement left. That’s it.
See, the problem isn’t that she didn’t understand how her subclass’ features worked, she absolutely did. She just couldn’t make up her mind what she should do, she would read through her list of available Maneuvers and simply could not ever decide which one she should use, so ultimately ended up never using any of them. I‘d bet my house that’s what your player is struggling with. Too many choices with no clear decision to make and ultimately she ends up not using any of the choices available to simply avoid deciding.
So I’m willing to bet that your Battle Master/Eldritch Knight hybrid will likely result in the same behavior from her because she will still feel overwhelmed by having too many choices thrown at her in what feels like a pressure situation from being in combat, which will likely just lead to her feeling just as frustrated with herself as she likely does now, which will ultimately result in her falling into the same pattern of behavior that she already exhibits which seems identical or at least similar to what happened to my player as well. And the more times it happens , the worse the indecision will get, and the safer her exhibited behavior will feel, until ultimately she will simply stop pouring over that overwhelming list too many choices entirely and just go straight to move, swing swing swing, end turn right from the beginning which is ultimately what happened to my player as well. t’s a cycle.
However, I may be able to help you here too. Having witnessed the issue first hand, I designed a subclass specifically for my player for the purpose of still offering a similar feeling of having a variety of things to potentially do, and ways to affect the other combatants on the battlefield, without the overwhelming number of choices, or the complexity of resource management inherent with the Battle Master. If you’re interested I can share the subclass with you, and if you like it you can offer it to your player and see what she thinks. If you don’t like it, or if she’s not interested in it, then none of us has lost anything other than the time it’ll take you to read it. If she does like it, by all means please make use of it. All I ask in return is feedback from both you and her so I can refine my design and improve upon it for future.
She wants magic, but she is a rookie, and i actually did manage to do it perfectly, created a copy of BM like you said, and she attacks stuff with her sword because thats the most effective thing to do, and she doesnt, but now her spell list will be much smaller, she wont get confused and the maneuvers i gave her will are a total of 8 and she picks 6 out of those, and they are very straight forward, i believe she will have a much easier time to track things and they will give her a lot more things to do than just "hit thing with my big sword", for example, gave her a maneuver that if she takes the Attack action, she expend a dice from her limited pool to cast a spell as a bonus action (Quickened Spell in short), anyway, thanks for the replies.

Okay, cool. Seems like you made it much more straightforward for her. I hope it work out as well as you expect, and I hope she’s happy with it and gets to enjoy the breadth of her character more fully.
Sure, id love to see it, at best ill use it, and if not, maybe ill take some tips from it on resource management.
Sure thing. Send me a link to a private campaign for just us and I’ll share the link with you. You will only be able to view the subclass through the link if we’re in a campaign together. If you like it you can add it to your collection as if it were public homebrew, and then you can share the link with your player and they should be able to see it too.
