Obviously the forums are a resource of where you cam find the official rulings but nothing (customer facing) has changed due to the changeover other than Lost Mine of Phandelver being .are free.
Honestly, I don't think there will be anything DDB specifically in this manner. Sage Advice Column and Twitter seem to be their MO. They might add DDB, but I think they'll just keep referring us to SAC.
Of course, feel free to ask here and we'll try and find the official stance. Some of the guys are pretty knowledgeable.

Cheers, I’ve been checking for answers to queries on rule clarification on an issue for a while, but to no avail. On the boards there are lots of opinions on how to interpret rules.(everyone on this board and wotc discord channels are super nice about helping)
As our group of OG players love rules and play a more restrictive version of AL rules we do laugh and cry when we get the answer “guess it’s up to the DM”. :)
As a group we view it like playing scrabble phonetically.
oh well I’ll keep asking and keep watching. Cheers all

Now that Wizards is linked officially to dndbeyond, is there a place we can ask for official rule clarification?

Nothing new, no.

You can ask them rules questions at sageadvice@wizards.com
I usually just look at sageadvice.eu
They collect twitter responses from the actual development team (Crawford, Mearls, Keith Baker for Eberron stuff, Ed Greenwood for FR, etc)
