Greetings Everyone!
We're happy to announce the Digital Dice Alpha is now live on the Character Sheet for subscribers only.
These digital dice will help you reduce the math you have to do when playing D&D. We encourage everyone to give them a roll and tell us how they feel!
If you'd like to turn off Dice rolling on the character sheet for any reason, you can click on your character dropdown and toggle the Digital Dice off.
As a thank you, you will also receive a free set of Old School dice that celebrates our roots. You can activate them by going to the My Dice page under "Collections" on the top nav.
If you'd like to learn more about how to use the dice or to give us feedback, visit our Digital Dice Feedback Forum.
Thanks all. Happy rolling!

As a DM, can I share this with the party?
How do I turn this option off?
Edit: Huh I must have missed the turn off option info earlier. Sorry, and thanks.
The "My Dice" loads a blank page for me. but i can roll on the sheet currently.
If you click the down arrow next to your character name, at the bottom of the list there is a slider "Dice Rolling Alpha"
Click your character menu to view the options, then toggle it off at the bottom
are there plans for letting the DM see the rolls?
Very, very excited to start using this. Thank so much and great work as always!

Thanks for that call out. I just added that line to the changelog for others!
Click your character name and there is a slider for on or off.
I would love to be able to share this with my party. I'm already subscribed to D&D Beyond but this would be a great addition unless if this is just subscriber only for the alpha?
Yes, we hope to do that soon. It's not what we're working on next, but we see it as an essential part of this entire feature and we hope to get to it soon.
Love this!
As a player, I love the numeric visuals after a roll and the preview of the prior 2 rolls. It would be great if I could turn the visual dice rolling off and just have the numeric visuals to speed up the process a bit.
As a DM, it would awesome to see the rolls on my players' character sheets or in the Combat Tracker.
All in all, this is a great feature, I can't wait to use it on DnD night this week!
Thanks! Looks like a fun app, just not my cup of tea!
Really great feature! For some reason I can't access the old school die set?
Same here.
I like the style of the result display, but I find both the animation and the fade in / fade out of the results a bit slow.
I would like also to be able to resize the dice, they feel too big on the page, on desktop (I've sized up the page in browser for better reading), but that's not very important.
That’s my situation too. Please resolve this, I’d really to see these “old school” dice!
Looks cool and is nice that it is incorporated into the sheet but does not work well with spells that didn't mark damage clearly in the first place such as ones with multiple beams (eldrich blast) which some dms roll separately and others multiply, or things such as chaos bolt that only have one of the damages listed ( showing the d8 but leaving off the d6). Not huge if you know to look for that but could result in a lot of new players missing out on a lot of damage.
Out of curiosity, are you able to share what you are working on next? I don't need an ETA or anything. Just wondering.

I was able to fix this by clearing the cache in my browser.
Very very laggy and slow - I hope its a symptom of just a ton of ppl - if not then this is unuseable as it sits.
