Base Class: Paladin
The dragon, who called himself Argynvost, had come to the valley years earlier in the guise of a nobleman named Lord Argynvost. The dragon didn't lair in the valley solely because of its idyllic beauty. He knew of a place called the Amber Temple—a repository of evil power guarded by the forces of good. Argynvost wanted to make sure that whatever was trapped inside the Amber Temple wouldn't be allowed to escape, so he built his fortified mansion, Argynvostholt, close by.
Like many silver dragons, Argynvost was extraordinarily wealthy, and he was comfortable living among humans while disguised as one of them. He used his resources to attract other champions of good, and valorous knights flocked to the valley to join Lord Argynvost's prestigious Order of the Silver Dragon. Only those who were initiated into the order were told of Lord Argynvost's true nature.
TENETS OF THE SILVER DRAGON
The Oath of the Silver Dragon are those beliefs held most dear by Lord Argynvost. Knights of the Order of the Silver Dragon exemplify these tenets.
Valor. Do not fear death. Though the body may die, the spirit will live on.
Hope. Serve as a beacon of light against the darkness. Bring hope to those wrought with despair.
Justice. Seek not to root out evil, but act swiftly to right injustice.
Zeal. Pursue goals with passion and enthusiasm. Live each day as if it were your last.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Frightful Presence. As an action, you can use your Channel Divinity to exude an unnerving presence. Each creature of your choice that is within 30 feet of you and aware of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to your Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Starting at 15th level, your Frightful Presence becomes truly terrifying. When an affected creature fails their saving throw and is within 30 feet of you, they take psychic damage equal to 1d6 + half your paladin level (rounded down) and becomes stunned.
Icy Grip. As an action, you can cause a sudden, supernatural chill to surround you using your Channel Divinity. Each creature of your choice within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be restrained for 1 minute. Creatures that have resistance to cold damage have advantage on the saving throw; creatures that have immunity to cold damage succeed automatically. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

In your dragon form, you retain your alignment, hit points, Hit Dice, ability to speak, proficiencies, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. Your statistics and abilities are otherwise replaced by those of the Avatar of Argynvost.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
