I'm going to make a quick note: if we use Commoner with racial traits applied, then the following modifiers to stats are possible:
+1, +2 | +1 (to all) | +1, +1, +1 | +3 | +2, +2
So the highest score you'd likely see is about 13, lowest would thus likely be about 7.
The exception is Constitution, since the D&D stats are based off of medieval standard, and we are far healthier than they were, so Constitution would likely be in the 9-15 range.
This is notes on the AVERAGE; there will be exceptions, but most people will fit in these ranges.
