A new student, age 16, enters Heijo High. She has wavy hair that is close to straight, blonde and brown and in a wolf cut, every lock perfectly placed. Her school uniform is without a stain of dust, buttoned up perfectly symmetrically. She blinks as she looks around, calm and bored. She carries herself as if she finds everything placid, and as if she is always calm.
Her friend trails behind her, her hair between wavy and curly, her hair a dark brown, with the lighting making certain points seem to glow an amber brown. Her hair is in a bob, the left swept in front of her face. Her uniform's outer coat is open, as if she cares too little to button it. She seems ecstatic to be at Heijo High. She carries herself as if everything is amazing, as if she's so happy to see new things, as if she just can make people happy. As if she knows her worth.

A cheery-looking girl with a clipboard stops the two girls in the entrance, giving a friendly wave. A pink hairbow perches on the top of her sleek black ponytail, but otherwise, she's adhering to the uniform dress code pretty strongly. "Hey guys!" She chirps, "First day, right?"
The first one, calm and collected, nods once. "It is, yeah." The second, chaotic as ever, nods about five times. "Yeah! It's our first day!"
She gives a blindingly bright smile. "That's awesome! Can I get your names here? Just student council stuff, you know how it is!"
The first one starts. "Yu-" The second one accidentally interrupts. "Bella!" The first one sighs, before stating their name again. "Yuri."
"Bella and yuri" she repeats as she scribbles their names down. "Great, thanks! I'm Mekura!"
Yuri nods. "A member of student council?"
"Student council president, actually!" She giggles. "But I don't like to brag."
Bella holds out a hand to shake, very happy to make the president. Yuri also holds out a hand to shake, however, much less excited.

There's a lollipop sticking out of her mouth, which you originally thought was a cigarette.
