Also, you get an Object Interaction free each turn, and the Attack Action lets you stow or draw a weapon.
On a turn when you aren't spellcasting.
Use your Object Interaction to draw your Attack Action weapon when your turn starts.
Attack with your Attack Action weapon, and Stow it.
Use your Bonus Action weapon to get your offhand attack.
You won't be able to use that Attack Action weapon for any things you do outside your Turn, but you've got your hand free for your Reaction Spells, and you've still got a weapon in your hand for Opportunity Attacks if they happen.
On a turn when you are Spellcasting, you have a free hand to manipulate spell components, or your (preferably one-handed, neck-drapable) musical instrument, as appropriate.

🎵I'm on top of the world, looking down on creation, wreaking death and devastation with my mind.
As the power that I've found erupts freely from the ground, I will cackle from the top of the world.🎵
The Magic Action does not allow a free stow or draw, so you're going to have the weapon in hand after those. Luckily, you're still holding what's normally your Bonus Action Weapon, so use that on your Attack Action for those spells.
Also with Shillelagh, since that spell A) eats your Bonus Action when you cast it, and 2) Ends if you let go of the weapon.
(I think the video does a huge disservice to its viewers by not linking the details of the build somewhere else, and not listing out the details of the build at one point anywhere in the video, but that's neither here nor there)

enjoy this build overall, but if it’s dual wielding, I didn’t think it could use spells. Is that correct?

I think what you're getting at is that you can't do the somatic components of spells with a weapon in each hand without War Caster?
That's true, but do keep in mind that there are lots of good Bard spells that don't require somatic components.

I see. Guess I just have to do my research. Thanks for your feedback!
That said, if the Spell you decide to cast is one like Green Flame Blade, Booming Blade, or True Strike, that makes a weapon attack as part of the Magic Action...
