Hi, I'm trying to remove a homebrew item I accidentally put into a player's character sheet twice. I tried removing them after I realised what I put into the attunement section didn't read naturally, and I keep getting this error.

I even deleted the item from my homebrew creations to see if that would help in removing them but to no avail. I think it came about 'cause I edited the item while it was in the player's equipment.

For any mods when you can look into this; the character sheet is https://ddb.ac/characters/31514578/GbGBbU and the item(s) is Skjold in their Equipment.

You do it using a computer/laptop, or by a cellphone/iPad/smartphone ???

Laptop, but I had the player try to remove the items from on their phone and they also got the 500.

Deleting something from your creations won’t remove it from a character sheet because it doesn’t actually delete the thing from existence.

There are some system updates currently happening that seem to be causing this glitch. The best thing you can do is provide a copy of the URL for that character sheet so a moderator can look into it for you and then be patient while they address things.
