I discovered today that the Shape Water spell shows up in the spell listings if one filters the spell list by source and set wildemount as the source. I check the wildemount book here, and i do not find shape water in it. So I believe this is an error.
It's there on purpose, it's reprinted in the book as part of reprinting the Water Genasi race.
Aha! I did try to search for it, but either the global search didn't find it, or it was so far down the listings I didn't see it! Thanks for clearing that up!
