I recently made a homebrewed version of the Draconic Bloodline subclass to include an expanded spell list within it for one of my players. Yet, I'm having an issue, certain spells, no matter what I do, won't appear on his character sheet. I can't figure it out. I have access to the spells so that shouldn't be an issue because I'm applying the subclass to their sheet, and I remade the subclass and still had the same issues with the same spells. The problem spells are Chromatic Orb and Dragon's Breath. Can anyone help me? let me know if I can provide more information that's helpful.

Also, an addition to what I said before, what I find weird about it is I just created a new character with it, the same subclass, and the spells are appearing for them, but still can't get them to work on the older character. It used to work for them, but no longer does. I used to be able to reload the screen and it would fix it but that doesn't work anymore.
I can't see anything specific that gives any clues as to why those spells aren't showing up. If you copy the character, does the issue persist on the copy? If so, is it possible to rebuild the character from scratch? It may be that some old data is hanging around and causing an issue.
Interesting, I did remake the character sheet and as of right now... its working. So yeah maybe that was it? Is there a possibility that because it's not my character but that it's my friends, that there is an issue there if they don't have the content? Even though for some things that are content I have but not them, would that have an effect here?
To my knowledge, once something is added to a character sheet, it should remain there unless removed. I can't say with any certainty what may have been the issue, I'm afraid!
Hey, it just happened again, just a few weeks after making the character sheet from scratch, I tried claiming the character as my own on the campaign to see if it was a "content owning" problem, where only I had access to the content and not my player because I purchased it and they did not. But that didn't work either. And it is the same spells that wont show up as last time. All spells except for Chromatic Orb and Dragon's Breath, appear on their character sheet and work as intended. Yet, those two spells do not. Is there any information you may have that would explain this? no worries if not, I know we already tried to fix it to no avail, but figured why not try and ask again.
I just made a feat, just to give this player the spells chromatic orb and Dragon's Breath, and it didn't work. Is there anything that would do something like this? It's like this character is unable to obtain Chromatic Orb and Dragon's Breath.

You may simply need to “wake up” your character sheet. (See General FAQ #6-B: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq).
