I have purchased all the feats but when I try to add Magic Initiate (Warlock) for my level 4 bard it isn’t there. The other Magic Initiate options show up and if I try with other characters it’s there so I don’t understand what’s going on. Thanks.
You are showing that you have added the feat Magic Initiate: Warlock but have not made the selections. On your character sheet click Features & Traits and then click Feats. The sidebar will open showing all feats. Scroll down and you should see Magic Initiate: Warlock with a blue ! icon. Click this and it will expand to let you choose the cantrips and 1st-level spell.

I wish I could be bothered to build a FAQ checklist of what to do when you run into issues with the character sheet or homebrew, as the usual first round of questions respondents ask OP's seem to resolve 90% of issues.
But I can't be bothered, so instead I'll just post this comment and hope someone else can do it.

I wanted to check on this topic. I have added Matic Initiate (Warlock) and I see it in features & Traits. I go down to feats and click, but I don't see a blue exclamation mark, nor an option to add spells to my list when looking at the feat.

How did you add the feat? If you added in place of an ASI in the character builder, you choose spells in the builder. If you added the feat through the "Manage Feats" button on the character sheet, and you don't see the blue exclamation mark, please post a link to your character.
After you click the Feats tag on Features & Traits, click the Manage Feats link just below, and then a sidebar will pop out with the whole list of feats for you to scroll down & find Magic Initiate (Warlock).

Thank you for posting a link to your character! Since checking your specific problem requires editing your sheet, only a moderator will be able to asses the issue; hopefully there will be one by soon.

Post here the link address of the sheet.

Any update on this? I am still not able to choose Magic Initiate (Warlock) as a feat. Thanks.
No idea. You sure you have access to it?

I did add it as part of manage feats on the character sheet. And I don't see the exclamation mark.
