When you use the Character Builder and select Armorer as a subclass of Artificer, and try to look at it's 15th level feature: Perfected Armor, it says it improves the armor in the ways listed below, but nothing is mentioned for this feature.
What does Perfected Armor do?

What does Perfected Armor do?
You can go to the artificer's class page for more details.
As for the character builder, I think it might be an oversight that they forgot to list what it does.
