Hello,

I am reaching out because I have recently bought Master Tier subscription and enabled content sharing. However, none of my content shows under the content manager and my players can't see it. I have logged out and in multiple times as well as refreshing the page and turning off and on enable share content. Nothing has worked.

I presume you have also purchased content here in addition to purchasing a Master Tier sub?

Assuming that is the case, I suggest you check you entitlements: click on your username/avatar in the upper right of this page (or, on mobile it may be under the menu button that looks like stacked lines); choose Account, then the marketplace tab.  Look under the "Entitlements" section: if it says you need to sync, click the sync button.  While you are there, scroll down to "Current Product Licenses" and make sure any content you have purchased is listed there.  If it is not, my guess is that you inadvertently have two accounts and purchased content in one and the sub in another.

If your entitlements are in sync and your products are listed under "current product licenses," ask your players to check their entitlements.

Please let us know if this worked.

Additionally your players are attempting to make characters inside of a campaign you've created and turned in content sharing, correct?

@ArwensDaughter I did as followed and the entitlements are all in sync, additionally I have purchased individual content but not entire books of content. My player's entitlement data is also in sync. Since my original post, my PHB content is showing finally but there's a massive amount that is not showing under the content management tab within the campaign (i.e. all the subclasses).

@1WngdAngel That is correct, I have turned it on and only one set of content is showing for both my players when they attempt to create a character and for me when I look at the content management tab.

Can you expand on this? What do you mean only one set? And which set is it?

 I apologize, when I open the content management tab within the campaign it allows me to enable sharing or block the PHB content I have purchased.

So update, one of players who I was attempting to figure this out with said that my content is now showing when they go to edit their character but I still can't see the option to edit the content management tab to allow or block specific content. 

I realize this may come off as asking the same questions you've already answered, and I'm sorry if it does, but I want to make sure I'm clear on the details:

-you purchased just certain character options from the PHB, not the entire PHB, and not the compendium only version plus character options, correct?

-your players are having trouble with making characters within the campaign, correct?

I ask the first because the content management toggles actually only turn on or off the compendiums, not the character options.  (So, for example, players couldn't see the adventure from Tomb of annihilation if it is turned off, but could still access the anthropologist and archaeologist backgrounds.). If by chance you purchased the entire PHB, and only elements from other books, that might be why it showed up and the others didnt'

 Ok so after reading your message I believe I now understand something. Within the content manager, all the character options I have purchased doesn't show just material I may not want the players to view such as compendium content correct? If that is the case then I may have not needed this post as the character options have shown up for my players but I personally could not view them within the content manager. To answer your questions, i did only purchase character options not the compendium or the entire book and my players were having issues but one of them reached out to me and it was corrected as of this morning since they could view the content I purchased.

If you didn’t buy the full PHB (or compendium) but it shows up under content management and the other stuff you purchased doesn’t, then my theory is wrong about why there were inconsistencies in what you saw.  (I have all the content, so i cant test myself). But I’m glad to know the players have sorted things out.
