I'm trying to create a magic item that offers bonus domain spells to a spellcaster. And there is infact a magic item modifier for this: Bonus - Domain Spells. However, it doesn't appear to do anything. I've added this modifier and have added the spells to the item, yet all the spells are still labelled as to be casted "at will" rather than be listed in my spell sheet as "always prepared". Help?

That modifier does not work on magic items. Not all modifiers work in all applications.
