That’s a fantastic question. Unfortunately, the folks who publish D&D, and who write the stuff in UA (like that spell) work for a company called WotC. This website is owned and operated by a company named Fandom. Since these folks don’t write the rules, they cannot answer that question. Only the folks at WotC can answer that.
