The Barbarian's Path of the Totem Warrior seems to be missing when I browse the (purchased) PHB under Sources.

edit: err. this is embarassing... I refreshed and it appeared. But I swear it wasn't there when I was browsing before.

Sometimes things get out of sync. In future, you can double check that here:

https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace

Just look under “Account Entitlements” and see if it is “In Sync!” or if it gives you a button to push.
