So, I am slightly newer to D&D so I thought that I would try making some homebrew but then realised that I messed up, anyways when I created a new version of my homebrew race it does something strange. When I try to create a character with it, it mashes the old version and the new version together, so I have all the attributes of the old one, as well as the new and refined versions.

How do I get to the share link? Haven't really done this before.

It doesn’t matter, you don’t want the share links. Just copy the URL from the address bar of your browser and paste it into a post in this thread.

You want the URLs for your characters and for your homebrews.

Ok, so it works and looks fine when viewing it from the homebrew section, but once you try to add it to a character then it stops working properly.

Not the search page to find your race, the actual URL for the actual race itself:

That is your race. ☝️ Now you need to get the same thing for your character sheet and include that too.

Unfortuneately since you published it you can no longer edit the race. I’ve taken the liberty of “reporting” it as non-functional so the Mods can “unpublished” it for you. (Once something is published it can not be edited. Never share your homebrews with the community until all of these problems are solved.)
