Whenever I try to access a specific character from a campaign that I’m the DM in, I get the error code on the title. What does this code mean and how can I fix it?
If this only occurs with one specific character, it may be that there is some bad homebrew on the character, or also that the player's name may have an illegal character that isn't properly handled. Are you able to post a link to the character here, so that a forum mod can have a look?
Is it a 403 error (Black Dragon error page)? If so, this could be that the player's subscription has expired, and thus ALL their characters are locked until they go through the unlock process OR renew their subscription.
Best to have the player check and if they are having issues, they can raise a support ticket.
