So I was trying to create a Duergar in the character creator, but the option won't show. Additionally, the neat backgrounds that come with SCAG also don't show when trying to pick a background. Is there a particular reason that I don't see them, or is it just a weird bug? SCAG was gifted to me by someone else (in full) if that matters.

Edit: Certain subclasses show, but others don't. Things like Way of the Long Death Monk and Arcana Domain don't show as options, but Berserker and the special totems for Totem Warrior do show, and so does Storm Sorcerer.
It says that my entitlements are all in sync, and if they aren't, to contact Support. I guess I thought I was contacting support through the forums already, but if I'm wrong here, how should I go about contacting them?
There’s a link at the bottom of every page. But wait an hour or so before contacting them and keep checking in the meantime. I know they doing a bunch of updates right now and things are wonky, so that might just be hit and things will be back to normal for you in an hour. So instead of bogging down support if it’s not needed find out if it’s needed first, do you know what I mean?
