Both the "Eberron: Rise from the Last War" and the "Tasha's Cauldron of Everything" both state:
"You have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the <Specialist> Spells Table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don't count against the number of artificer spells you prepare."
What that means, is that these spells are always prepared and do not count against the Spells Slots per Level table for that class.
I've noted that there are many different races/classes that have a similar ability, like the Dragon-Marked races
And yet when I create an artificer Character, these "Always Prepared" spells are taking up my existing spell slots. I have to add my new spells into notes.
Can you provide the URL to your character sheet (not the share link, but the actual URL in case mods need to go in and take a look) and also maybe screenshots of the spell selection process? Are no spells at all showing up as 'always prepared' when you're preparing new spells, or are they showing up as 'always prepared' but not being counted correctly?
Click/tap the “Manage Spells” button and then click “prepare spells.” You are allowed to prepare an additional number of spells based on your Artificer Level and Int Score. “Spells Prepared” is how many (and which) spells you are prepared to cast that day. “Spell slots” is how many spells (and at what levels) you actually get to cast each day.
As IamSposta says, there is a difference between spell slots and spells prepared. It might be helpful to read over the sections on Known and Prepared Spells and Spell Slots, which explain the difference in detail.

Are you using the official versions of those subclasses, or homebrewed versions?
Are you running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions (like Beyond20), or a VPN that may interfering with DDB?

As for the picture, I can't seem to find a way on how to upload images to this thing, and I have no other place to store them.
Of wait, hold up. Spell slots ≠ Spells Prepared.

Check out this guy: (https://ddb.ac/characters/25101833/654ajZ). See how many spells he has prepared compared to the spell slots?
