Everything looks fine on upon review, levels is correct etc but when I export to pdf it reverts to previous level stats. It's only happening on one char sheet. I get no error but the export isn't working.
I felt it prudent to necropost here instead of making a new thread, since this exact same issue is still happening nearly a year to the date after the OP's post.
I purchased 70 dollars in books to make a specific character and found that the export to PDF option will not update to higher levels. It just continuously downloads a level one character sheet. The books were PHB, DMG and Ravnica. Prior to this purchase I had never had any issues exporting character sheets. As in two days ago I exported a character without any issues from level one to twenty, and today I cannot get the exports to work properly.
Here is a link to the exported PDF in question. It exports as level one even though this was supposed to be the level two sheet.
I found out this was happening on the level 14 export. The first 5 exports were level one. The next six exports were level three and the rest were level eleven. I deleted those and started over at level one so I could check each export and found it wasn't updating the export. I'm using Firefox on Win10 OS.

I see a level 5 Minotaur Fighter named Bob. Is that what you intended to link?

That link is showing you a level 5 character? How wonky. I opened to verify it was my exported level 2 showing as level one before copying the link.
I went through the other two characters I exported after the initial purchase of the PHB and DMG and this bug was there. It seems totally random, and was happening before purchasing Ravinca. Did DDB hire Bethesda programmers?
None of the suggested methods of fixing do anything. Clearing the cache did nothing. Restarting, etc. also did nothing. Is the only solution to fix this removing the ebooks to revert back to the clean, free version?
RESOLVED: After days of extensive testing (read making different levels and exporting over and over until changes were had) it looks as if there is an export timer placed on exporting the PDF character sheets after one buys books. So, like Fruityloops and their "use everything unlimited for free until you buy the software, then get restricted as punishment for paying us", DDB has "Export as much as you want, as fast as you want until you buy books, then get restricted on how fast PDFs can be refreshed for export". Yay. Not too thrilled with it, but at least there is finally an answer.
Nahh, DDB has always had a lag for PDFs. Sometimes it’s ASAP, sometimes it’s as long as 20 minutes. (It’s sort of a matter of user load at the time I think. Either that or it’s absolutely random. 🤷♂️)
