I created a level 3 character, but the proficiency bonus is still listed as +2. I looked it up and found one post in the forum which suggested making sure that both the character level and class level are increased, which they are. I also tried switching between Milestone and XP to see if that helped and it didn't.

The PB is still +2 because Proficiency Bonus doesn’t increase to +3 until 5th level.
