I recently created a new character in one of the campaigns I have joined. This character was my 6th one. Then I wanted to create another new character, for which I deleted one of my old characters to free up a character slot on my account. Now I can create a character from my profile, but in my campaigns, the button to create a character there, making use of content sharing, is still missing.
I have waited for like half an hour, cleared my cache and refreshed multiple times, without success.

Log out, log back in, wait 20 minutes, and then try it again.
