Now that I have published these to the community nothing is working as expected. Here is the biggest problem
#1 Telepathy and Telekinesis feats even when manually adding them to a character DO not add the spells show the SPELLS on the features and traits tab (Here is a test character The Undefeaty)
#2 The Feats are not automatically added to during character building after choosing Aleatori as race
Everything was working (I thought) before I published these to the community. Also, I did not want to publish to community but my players could not see the content otherwise.
Hi there, any homebrew you create is automatically shared within a campaign you are part of, so that is no need to publish unless your content is intended for the entire community.

If your intent was for the character to automatically get both feats when they took the Race, then why not simply have made them racial traits built right in to save yourself the extra work and steps? Also, do the feats themselves actually have those spells attached to them, and if so, did you attach the spells directly, or did you add an Action for those feats to cast those spells? I’m just trying to figure it out?
Also, like Stormknight states, if you “start a campaign” and invite you players to join, every character within that campaign will automatically have access to every homebrew in everybody’s “collections.” You probably had those in your “creations” list, but not in your “collection” so they were not being shared with the group. That is by design so DMs can hide spoilers from their players. When you published, they got added to your “collection” and that’s why they can suddenly see it.
To wrap up, they just did a massive overhaul of the character sheet. Mostly stuff you cannot see about how things interact with each other on the character sheet. Most likely what happened was that the way you programmed it was working, but maybe it wasn’t necessarily supposed to be working that way within the system, but you had stumbled upon the key and now that string of connections: homebrew spell—>homebrew feat—>homebrew race isn’t a smooth connection. This most likely had absolutely nothing to do with you publishing, it’s just coincidental timing.
Thanks - I thought this was the case. Yet my players complained the could not read the content so I in hast pushed everything. It does feel like a big mistake.
Do you have any advise on evolving at this point? If i create new versions of the public content is that automatically available to my players? Sigh.

It’s not “a big mistake,” just a bit annoying. If you go to the published version and hit “remove from collection” then the old one will no longer be selectable by your players unless they have already added it to their own collections. Then you can hit “create new version” and change it how you want. Make sure the new version is the one in your “collection” and that’s the one they should be able to find when the make characters. If you publish the new version, it will replace the old one and then anybody who finds it will only see the new version.
I appreciate the insight. I will take your advise and revisit the tutorials.
The tutorials are good, but don’t explain everything. What I find works best (for my learning style at least) is to make something, and then load it onto a dummy character to test it as much as I need to until I think it’s done. Sometimes it takes a while, but that’s okay. Just remember that if it is in your collection then your players can see it to, but if it’s not in your collection you won’t be able to load it onto that dummy character. So sometimes you have to add it to your collection to be able to test it, and then remove it again right away to keep them secret until you have finished polishing.
PS- If you have one tab open with the test character, and another open with the creator to edit the homebrew in question, after you save the updated homebrew, you have to refresh the page with the character sheet for it to pull the new text/code.
I am unable to use any homebrew spell successfully as a racial trait. This includes spells I created (direct copies of other spells) and other homebrew created by others.
In the first case I have run a number of experiments. Using out of the box spells works fine. However, Any homebrew spell i create will not show up in the character sheet. Also in the Edit Spell Mapping screen, multiple versions of the same homebrew spell show up even if I have removed them from my collection.
In the case of spells created by other such as Telekinetic Thrust(:)), I can add the spell to my collection but it will not show up in the Drop down of the Edit Spell Mapping screen.
Hello hello! We have found an issue with homebrew spells being added as a part of subclass or feat abilities, and the team is working on a fix. Thank you!
Any progress on this issue? I just tried to do a feat as a patch for a homebrew on my collection, but it appears that the same issue of not being able to choose the spell for inclusion in the feat is occurring. I'd like to know if we'll be able to homebrew more cohesively than currently appears to be the case. I also cannot include them in Magic Item builds, and cannot simply add them in on a character sheet.

You can add any homebrewed spell in your collection to any of the other things you mentioned exactly as you would expect. At least, I can. (If I can do it, anyone should be able to do it.) If, however, the homebrewed spells are only in your “creations,” and not actually in ”your collection,” then they will be unavailable to add anywhere.
Hello,
I have a homebrew race Aleatori. They have racial trait Psychic Connection which is intended to give them two Feats: Telekinesis and Telepathy
Telepathy grants a homebrew spell called Telepathic Message.
Telekinesis grants a spell called a homebrew spell called Telekinetic Hand
