I've been trying off and on to buy Fizban for a long while, and the site's not taking my card or paypal. Even though my DnD Beyond membership is hooked to that paypal. Help? My bank account is through my university's credit union .

Fizban’s is only a preorder currently, is it possible that you have been charged and simply not gotten access since it is not yet available?

Is the address attached to the card different than the address you are entering into the PoS?
