I hope someone coudl help me out with this. I am using dndbeyond a lot, and I would love to get back to it.
Yesterday I logged out of my account on my main computer. When I tried to get back in I was sent to a page with a beholder, saying internal server error 500.
I have written twice to support about this, but received no reply.
I am still logged on on my son's iPad and my wife's laptop, but I need to be logged on on my computer.
I have spent a lot inside dndbeyond, and I really enjoy the system.
I saw this thread, but when I followed these instructions I found no reclamation button. I have no problem in sharing information with Fandom, so I'm not sure if this is the problem.
I am guessing that the account you are using here is a new account and not the one with purchases (the join date for the account you are posting from shows today's date)?
We answer support tickets in the order they come in, so it may be a bit before we get to the specific ticket. Generally, though if you are seeing a Beholder error upon logging in, then you are using the incorrect login info. It could be that you are trying to use Apple ID when the account is setup to use a Twitch or Google login. The thread you've linked is a complete separate issue from when we migrated to being owned by Fandom - the instructions there will not help.
Can you let me know the ticket number of the support request and I can respond there with assistance for logging back into the original account.
Hi, thank you for getting back to me. You're right, this is a new account, and not the one with purchases. The one with purchases is Jarloiter. I set this one up with Twitch, thinking the I needed to do this to reset the account.
I am pretty sure that my account is set up with an AppleID. I didn't seem to have a Twitch account set up when I looked into login on with Twitch. .
The request / ticket number is 1052277 as far as I can see. There is another one, but I described my problem more clearly in this one I think.
When I go into my Jarloiter profile on the iPad, it shows that the account is linked to my apple account.
What can I do? Is there any way to get back my account and my purchases?
Again, I can see the jar loiter account on my laptop, but I need to use it on my computer.
I'd really appreciate soem help on this. I have purchased several books on dndbeyond, and I would like to purchase more, but I need to feel that the system is secure, and that I won't jsut lose everything.
Hi, I just wanted to create a homebrew background for my campaign, and every time I try to create the background I get the internal server error 500. Am I doing something wrong? I filled out everything that needed to be filled out.

Hi, I logged out of this account and tried to log back in through Apple, but received same error page.
The account I am trying to get back into is Jarloiter. I still have it open on my tablet, but can't get into it on my computer.
When I look into the Jarloiter account on the iPad, I see it is connected through my appleID.
This is the account that I am trying to get back into. On my Mac.
I've collated your Support tickets and will respond there as will need to discuss account details.
