Fairly simple to understand when you see the images so I won't bore you with too many words. The background can be changed and some do appear, but not all of them. Not every one that is missing an icon is not displaying. Some BG's with icons don't display.

This is in line with the series of photo rendering issues Beyond has. Try using a different browser and try clearing your cookies.
