Proficiency bonus not added to weapon damage anymore

Just discovered this in all our characters.

Proficiency is +3

Dex is +1

Str is -1

Damage is 1d6 +1 but it should be 1d6+3 (finess) or 1d6+2 (str based weapon)

Proficiency only applies to attack roll to hit, not damage, that would be OP
