When trying to add my paper character to my online database it won't allow me to increase my charisma score using the ability score increase we get every 4 levels. Is this a bug?
Can I do that even if I haven't finished it? I am in the middle of the process, atm, cause I didn't want to kep going if I couldn't fix it.
If it has a race, a class, and 6 ability scores you can view the sheet and copy/paste the url into this thread. I’m willing to bet that your Pc already has Cha 20, it just isn’t visible in the Builder, only on the sheet itself.
Ah ha! As an Assimar I have a +2 charisma but I factored that in and put an 18 but it increased it to a 20 but since I hadn't saved it yet that wasn't displaying yet. Thanks for the idea of racials!
Im having a similar problem only my charisma is minus four even if i level my character up to level 20 and put charisma in every thing to increase it just stays minus four am i doing something wrong or am i just stupid and don't know a rule about it or something.
Check whether you haven't overridden the ability score. You can do this in the Character Builder (under 3. Abilities), or else from the sheet itself by clicking on your Charisma score box:

IF your CHA is at a totally score of 20 you will not be able to increase it further
It's not 20, it's 18
Are there any bonuses from races? Linking your character sheet will also allow a Mod to see if it is a bug or just something else.
