The attacks per action section includes both the regular unarmed strike and the Cat's claws race feature. But the bonus action includes only the regular unarmed strike. As the rules state that Cat’s claws are an unarmed strike, they should be also part of the bonus action section (as they actually have a different hit die -d6-)
It is a system limitation. To have that attack populate the Bonus Actions section, it would have to be implemented as a Bonus Action by either your race or class. If the race did it then it would display as a Bonus Action for all Tabaxi regardless of class, which would be incorrect. If the class did it then it would display a Cat’s Claws attack as a Bonus Action for all Monks regardless of race, which would also be incorrect. You can simply add the Cat’s Claws in as a “Custom Action” to your Bonus Actions directly on your character sheet.
