So in my campaign we all manages our characters via DnD beyond as dictated by the DM and I just received and Amulet of the Devout. NICE!!!!! However I CAN NOT FREAKING ADD IT TO MY CHARACTER. When I go to the managed inventory button and search the item it wont come up at all! but it will on other characters of higher or lower lvls even ones who are not the right class to use it. Now I can just adjust in my head but frankly it has become personal to fix this so and advice would be apricated!
PS If this is something obvious and I am just stupid I WILL just delete this and pretend it never happened.
If nobody in the campaign has Tasha’s Cauldron, or if Content Sharing is not enabled then you won’t be able to access it. If your DM has Tasha’s Cauldron from DDB, but Content Sharing is not Active they should be able to add it to your PC (I think).
If someone has Tasha’s Cauldron, and Content Sharing is active, then you and that person should both follow this link and make sure that your “Account Entitlements” are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace). If they are then whoever has activated the Content Sharing might just need to turn it off and back on again.
This character isn't in a campaign. However it SAYS I own the Sourcebook bundle which should include Tasha's but I cant add anything to Tasha's to any of my characters now that I look at it?!?!?!?

If they are, then check the marketplace page for Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. If it doesn't say "You already own this", then it's possible you purchased the Sourcebook Bundle before Tasha's was released. The Bundles don't give you automatic access to all future books that go into the bundle, but you will have the Bundle Discount on those future purchases.

If you bought your bundle before Tasha’s came out then you won’t have it yet (nor Fizban’s Treasury, nor Strixhaven). The bundle doesn’t include anything published after your purchase, but those additional products will be discounted for you because you are a bundle purchaser.
