Did you remove the feature of total Gold within the character sheets?
Usually I could see my coins separately and there was a tab with my total Gold.
Am I victim of the Mandela effect or did you removed the feature?
If possible it would be really kind to bring the feature back or add one.

When you tap/click the money on your character sheet, the total gp will be listed on the sidebar:
