Iv a character id wish to form on the character creator however the race is not there, its buyable so im assuming once bought its then available for me in character creator. However this then leaves me puzzled for the class which is blood hunter and maybe even background which is haunted one. Do i buy these also and if so how?
The Haunted One background is from this, which is given away for free by Wizards of the Coast. The blood hunter class is also given away for free by its creator, Matt Mercer, who . . . I admit, I'm not really sure how to explain what his class is doing on D&D Beyond.

Can I try? Matt Mercer runs a D&D actual play twitch live stream. D&D Beyond and Critical Role (name of the show) have a partnership. A player plays a Blood Hunter and the devs decided that the player should not be the only one with that functionality and released it to the public.

Im not certain this answers how im to use the class on the character creator, all that is available on character creator as far as i can see is the basic class's from the Players Handbook, Bloody hunter is not available and i cant see how im meant to make it so the same way you can with Race's.
To enable the Bloodhunter in the character builder, on the options page for the character, there is a toggle for "Critical Role Content" which needs to be set to ON (see screenshot below).
