The only infusion I see is the Bag of Holding (Replicate Item). It's possible that uninfusing that is a problem because there's stuff in the Bag. Try adding a temporary container and moving items from the Bag to that and see if you can remove the infusion once the Bag is empty.

On my infusions list, a wand of secrets appears, but if I hit remove infusion, I cannot complete the action. Even if I try and just remove the infusion from my options entirely, I get an error.

That’s because you don’t actually have that infusion:
If you are using XP instead of Milestone, record your current XP, raise your character level by 1, refresh your page, lower it again, refresh again, wait 20 minutes and then check it again.
My character is set to milestone. And I tried swapping the infusions to see if that fixed things. I have leveled up once but the break is still there. I can't remove the wand, and switching to the spellwrought tattoo made THAT an infused item even though I did not make that infusion merely changed my infusion list to see if that fixed things.
Essentially, I am unable to have a true second infusion or switch out my "second" infusion. no matter what I have tried, the second infusion stays there regardless of what I try to do.
At this point it seems I'm going to have to just create a new character and delete the old. But the question is, will this just happen again? What did I do to cause this? Is it because I don't have the actual ITEM in my inventory? If that's the case?
Whatever I have in my second infusion slot is showing as infused. And I can't remove the infusion. So, if I select a new infusion, it says "remove infusion" but I can't remove infusion. And so thus I can't use my third of fourth infusion without removing my first infusion, which is actually being used.
I think I understand what you mean, and I've been trying to replicate the same sort of issue on a character of mine, but nothing's going wrong.
I think a mod or staff member would need to take a look at your sheet. Otherwise, at least you have it as reference for making a new one.
I suspect that, if you'd had your character sheet open in a browser tab for a while and then made a change without first reloading the page (I'm just guessing there), there might have been a change to the DDB character sheet code since you'd last reloaded the page. Similar sorts of issues have happened to other people. If that's the case, then it's probably a one-off issue that you can avoid in the future by reloading the tab before you make changes if it's been over an hour or so.

I have an artificer character in our current campaign. And when I click on the button to remove infusion I get a random error code each time.

As an example for codes I've received. This completely breaks my artificer character since I am unable to ever swap out infusions properly.
Please post the url to the character sheet so someone can take a look.
