I just bought phb this morning through the app and it's Not showing up on my account. One of the other forums said it takes about an hour due to caching but it's been 3 hours some the payment cleared my bank account.
Is it showing up in the app but not in a browser? Or nowwhere?
if the problem is just in the browser, try logging out and logging back in.
make sure you are logged into the same account on both devices. I know that sounds odd/condescending, but I’ve seen a lot if issues that boil down to people having multiple accounts and not realizing it. Somehow it must be easier to inadvertently do here than other sites.
if none of that helps, trying clearing your browser cache.

No both are logged in through my twitch account but even the app shows it's not bought but the payment was processed from my bank after buying it.
I also just logged out and re logged in on both the app and browser, still nothing...
