Dueling Fighting Style gives you +2 damage to attacks made while wielding one weapon in one hand and no other weapons. Spear is a one-handed weapon. The Polearm Master feat gives you a bonus action attack using the back end of a polearm, including a spear, which deals 1d4+STR damage. Since it's still a one-handed weapon and wielding no other weapons, I do believe the Dueling damage also applies to the PAM bonus attack, but this is not reflected on the DDB character sheet. I could be missing a Sage Advice about how that works, but assuming I am not, then I think the Dueling damage should be applied to both attacks.
Currently the bonus action generated by the Polearm Master feat is tied only to that feat, not to any particular weapon. This means that any bonuses you add for a particular weapon due to a fighting style, magical weapon, or other feature are not automatically included in what the feat generates.
I've gone ahead and marked this thread as a request. :)
Hello DnD beyond team! Date is 2/9/22 and I have level 14 Paladin and want to use the Fighting Initiate- Dueling style and I cannot get the benefit to show up on a spear or long sword. I have attempted to move the feat around to other Ability Score slots but the +2 to signal handed melee weapons is not showing up. Similarly, none of the Fighting Initiate abilities are displaying in the action tab or being added to the correlating stat.

Tasha brings a whole slew of new feats to customize your characters!
Eldritch Adept, Fighting Initiate and Metamagic Adept - These feats allow partial selection of features from a class/subclass. Fully functional and set-up so that they respect selections from the class/subclass as well (no accidental duplicates).
Fey Touched, Shadow Touched, Telekinetic and Telepathic - These feats have been separated into 3 feats each to cover the different Statistics Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma. Please select the one appropriate to your character.
Telekinetic - we don't currently have a way to grant extra range to the mage hand cantrip. The feat notes in on your character sheet that it grants this.

I apricate your replay but it is hard for me to understand. May you reword it? Use a screen shot to explain the "partial selection? "

edit:
I was able to see it finally: character view/splash page>features and traits tab>Manage Feats. This allowed me to change the settings easier and see the results on the character view/splash page in real time. It was a subtle change.
