Why isn't there an option to have Drow (specifically) as a Ranger's favourite enemy?
Am I missing something?

Oh yes, I chose Humanoids. But Drow are not listed as one of the options. I chose Elves...but...
Drow are a subrace of Elves, so if you choose Elves it covers all the subraces.

D&D Beyond FoundersDrow are Elves, so you would choose Elves under your Humanoid choice.
I expect that any DM would be fine with saying that it only applies to Drow.
