Have you purchased the Players Handbook here on DDB? Or do you have access to it through content sharing? All the other options I see on your sheet are free ones, which is why I ask.
You don't actually unlock any content through a subscription. You still need to purchase the books and whatnot on Dndbeyond to be able to use the stuff from the books.
If you want to know what you get with a Master subscription you can check on this page here, where it says MASTER.
Why are there "sourcebooks" that I'm able to read with my subscription? Because the Great Weapon Master is part of the Players Handbook, nothing special. Sorry, I'm new to all this so learning as I go.
Are you in a campaign with someone that has content sharing and owns the Players Handbook?
If you are that would be why you can read the sourcebooks but not necessarily use the content from them. You'd need to make the character in the campaign to be able to access that stuff.
Alternatively, there is a thing called 'Compendium Content' which allows you to read the books but doesn't give you access to any of the integrated tools to use that content on your character sheet. This is also purchased and does not come with a subscription, but many people buy this because it cost less thinking they are cheating the system. You, or someone who is sharing their content with you, may have bought this instead.
I'm not seeing the Great Weapon Master feat on my dropdown for feats available for my Level 4 Dragonborn Fighter. Any ideas?
Here's my character sheet.

I ended up buying some books through the site so we are good to go now. Thanks for the info!
