At the moment, you will need to homebrew feats to replicate these. One of the dev teams is working on a “generic feature system” that should make it a lot easier for DDB to support these kinds of things. From the things that have been said on the Dev update, I am hoping that we may see the initial fruit of this effort sometime this year. But when it is initially released, it won’t support all of those options. The project manager for the team working on this said they are using epic boons as their “tracer bullet” for this work, so I’m guessing that’s likely to be the first thing released. Keep in mind, though, that I don’t have any insider information and that things could change or snags could happen that mean none of my guesses are correct.
