I have a halfling which i am trying to add a feature to out of sync with the normal progression (as per DM)
The feat I chose was 'squat nimbleness' which for some reason does not appear in the options (no options appear for feats). I do own Xanathars which includes the feat I require so I don't understand why it's not an option.

Can anyone shed any light or do I have a glitch?

PS- Features and Feats are not the same thing, features come from classes & subclasses.
