Unable to use Echo Knight

Hi I bought the Echo Knight subclass but im not able to apply is to any lvl 3 fighters. I've been having trouble looking for a work around so if anyone knows a solution it would be appreciated!

That subclass is from Wildemount, which is from Critical Role. You need “Critical Role Content” enabled:
