When my son attempts to login to D&D Beyond, he gets the dreaded Beholder and internal server error. This has been going on for months, and we cannot resolve it. Can anyone please help? He is unable to access his character sheet and can only view it as a "read only" by clicking a link in his browser history.
You'll probably want to submit a support ticket via the Help Portal Link at the bottom of the page and give them any relevant information including your sons username.
