The Gift of the Metalic Dragon feat doesn’t confer a bonus to any Ability Scores, the “(Int)” is a reference to which Spellcasting Ability the feat uses. If you want a Gift of the Dragon feat that grants a bonus to Intelligence, you want the Gift of the Gem Dragon feat instead.
I added int gift of the metallic dragon and the int did not get the +1
