Suddenly can not suppress characters from encounter calculations

Suddenly two of us have noticed that we can not suppress a given character in a group from the encounter logic calculations.  The "..." menu does not open up anything.   Any hints?

I can confirm this bug on Safari for iOS.

I am having the same issue on the MacBook version of Safari.

I'm having this same problem in Chrome on Windows

I can confirm as well.  Made my game tonight quite a bit harder than it should have been to manage.

This was in Chrome on a android tablet.  Also doesn't work on Chrome in Windows.

I am using CHrome and a Maca nd seeing the fail
