I am trying to assign owlin to one of my player, content sharing is on and I own Strixhaven and it isn't there. I even went into content management and Strixhaven isn't there. I can still navigate to the sourcebook and read it, but there is no option to share it with my players.
That's interesting. I have access to it and have the ability to control its visibility of it for my players. I just want to make sure that the players' character is in the campaign that you are sharing the content with.
Make sure that you have your entitlements in sync by clicking here. If your entitlements are in sync and you still can't see the stuff you should submit a support ticket via the help portal link at the bottom of every page. Please only submit one ticket, tickets are compiled by the account that submits them and multiple tickets get grouped by the most recent submitted so put in more than one just pushes back your ticket in the cue.

Strixhaven is considered to be MTG content, so make sure that they have MTG content enabled on the home page of the character sheet.

Checked that... It's already on. Strixhaven isn't even an option to share in content management.
