Subclasses not showing up

I bought a subclass buddle and it is not showing up in the character creator please help.

Thank you for the help but I am still having trouble I am trying to make a swashbuckler and I bought the book  Xanathar's Guide to Everything. Perhaps i am doing it wrong? to add the sub class I am clicking on add another class on the class page 

or is there an additional book I need to by?

You don’t click “add another class” because the Swashbuckler is a subclass, not a class. To take a Rogue subclass you need to be 3rd level.
