First off, thank you for your purchase! It is likely that your browser has the link to your content cached, which can be fixed fairly easily, by clearing your browser's cache.
If this is not something that you are familiar with, you can find useful guides here on how to do this for most current browsers.
If, after clearing your browser cache, you are still unable to access content that you have purchased, please contact the support team, who will be able to assist you further.

I emailed the support email... and they are off all weekend.

So, if you click on Epic Boons from the Table of Contents you got a 403, but can you still access the content by scrolling down from another section of that chapter right?
I'd like to confirm that clicking on "Supernatural Gifts," "Marks of Prestige," or "Epic Boons" directly from the DMG table of contents page (https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/dmg) now works. They do not, however, show up when you go to Chapter 7 directly; scrolling to the bottom reveals the last part of Chapter 7 to be Magic Items A-Z. Which means Artifacts is also missing from the entirety of Chapter 7.
Also, the content is still missing from the app. I even deleted the app, redownloaded the DMG, and still "Supernatural Gifts," "Marks of Prestige," and "Epic Boons" -- as well as "Artifacts" -- are all missing. When you click on the links in the table of contents, you are simply taken to the Chapter 7 introduction.
On the app, they appear before the A-Z (rather than after). When in the app, They will be on the 'page' that is titled Chapter 7 Magic Items, all the way at the bottom. The app then has seperate pages for the Magic Items A-Z which follow.

Thanks for the heads up. I assume fixing the order they are presented in the app to match the order in the book is on some to do list, but please also note that clicking on the links in the table of contents for "Supernatural Gifts," "Marks of Prestige," "Epic Boons", and "Artifacts" takes you to the Chapter 7 introduction.

At the time when we were playing our game, that did not work either. It is fixed now though.
